What separates a life coach from a therapist?
A common and fair question. The main diffence is a therapist focuses on past and present traumas and obstacles. While a life coach is dedicated to helping current and future problems! In short a therapist solves your problems but a life coach teaches you how to solve them on your own.
What can't a life coach do?
Life coaches cover a wide array of subject and issues. But there are some topics and conversations we aren't legally allowed to have. These can be such things as-Â prescribing medicine, treating mental illness, or giving legal advice.
